What our sustainability clients are saying…
ESG Consulting & Sustainability Strategy Services
Whether you have a role in an EHS department, handle investor relations, or lead a corporate sustainability team, we can match your sustainability needs with the expertise of one of our professionals. We help businesses at every part of the journey, from taking their first steps in developing an effective sustainability program to disclosing their ESG performance and advising on sustainability initiatives that create value.

Sustainability Reporting
KERAMIDA’s team of sustainability reporting experts provides companies with clear guidance and an action plan for complying with mandatory reporting obligations while building on any existing reporting with voluntary standards. We help our clients with EU ESG disclosure regulations, including CSRD, CBAM, and CSDDD, as well as U.S. corporate climate compliance, like California’s Climate Laws.

CSRD Reporting Consulting
Enacted in January 2023, the European Union’s Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) applies to nearly 50,000 EU-based companies and will be phased in between 2024 and 2029. Notably, non-EU-based companies with significant operations within the EU (e.g., over 500 employees and an annual balance sheet above €20 million or a net turnover above €40 million) are subject to the regulation.
The CSRD rule requires companies to disclose climate change-related risks as well as the impacts that such risks have on society and climate – a concept known as “double materiality”. It also requires a company to disclose its Scope 3 emissions.

Sustainability Audits
An audit of your company or organization’s sustainability program will allow you to quickly and easily evaluate the sustainability practices that your business has already implemented, and identify areas where there is opportunity for improvement.
When conducting a comprehensive sustainability audit, our experts will:
- Review your sustainability policy and assess the reasonableness and comprehensiveness of the policy.
- Evaluate the extent to which your policy is likely to help ensure that your program operates in a sustainable manner.
- Recommend ways that your policy could be strengthened to further the goal of operating sustainably.
- Consider the metrics you are currently collecting in order to monitor compliance with your sustainability policy, and evaluate performance.
- Determine whether those metrics are the most appropriate for measuring each objective of your policy. If your program’s current metrics are insufficient, we recommend more appropriate metrics.
- Assess your program’s process for developing thresholds and targets for its performance.
- Evaluate whether your program is making sufficient progress toward setting a sustainability baseline.
